  32. I think you may be a little wrong on you assumption that you can take 
  33. someone else's work, change it for your flavor and say that it is a new 
  34. piece of work.  Take the case against Tony Stone Images and a winner of a 
  35. Corel Draw photo contest. (Article in November issue of Computer Graphics 
  36. World(CGW)). The agency is suing the winner of the contest for using the 
  37. agency's stock-photo of an Indian head. The winner admitted  he used the 
  38. photo for his contest entry, but claims he was unaware that his entry 
  39. constituted an infringement. He thought it was alright to take a photo, 
  40. change it and transfer it to a drawing. The company is suing the winner for 
  41. over $400,000 and is seeking an injunction against Corel from using the 
  42. design for any purpose.

  44.      So before you take someone else's music, photos, video, animation, etc. 
  45. without their written permission and use it for something other than your 
  46. own use, I would think twice about what you are doing because someone may be 
  47. watching.
